David Jennings founded Morfacts Mortgage Center in 1989. In his 17 years in the mortgage banking / brokerage business, he has overseen the company-wide closing of over 6,900 mortgage transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion. He has personally originated and closed over 3,000 mortgage transactions with total volume approaching $1 Billion. While Mr. Jennings' specialty is in residential lending, he has extensive experience in commercial and apartment lending as well. David was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Before starting Morfacts Mortgage Center in 1989, he spent the first 5 years of his career working with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), a worldwide management consulting firm, and an oil and gas investment banking firm. He is a founding member of the San Diego and California Mortgage Brokers Association. He is also an active member of the San Diego Association of Realtors and the Mortgage Banking Association. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Patriots Federal Credit Union in Orange County California. When not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for golf. |
