Mark Maeder joined Morfacts Mortgage Center in 1993. A Southern California native, Mark graduated with a BBA in Business and a MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego. Prior to involvement in the lending profession, Mark worked in the procurement and contracts fields with General Dynamics Convair, TRW (now Northrop Grumman), and Hamilton Sundstrand. With $300,000,000 in loans originated and closed, Mark specializes in residential and commercial transactions. Many “difficult to place” transactions find their way to Mark’s office for his unique insights into finding a solution that will best benefit the borrower. Mark’s real estate background includes the property management oversight of multi-tenant rental properties in the San Diego area. Outside the office, Mark enjoys his family, playing tennis, golfing, skiing, traveling, Padres baseball and USD basketball. Send me an email |
